Challenge
The company did not have their HR policies structured, the list of policies were having unwanted policies, there were duplication and were not in line with the best industry / HR standards.
Our Approach
We have made a comprehensive list of policies that were actually required and therefore from 40 policies, the list reduced to only 24. We have reviewed and redrafted all the policies, considering its impact on people industry relevance and legal perspective.
Result
As a result, the company was able to re-launch more inclusive, standardized and competitive employee policies, which got simplified in the process and were designed keeping in view the sustainability.
