Amit has an industry experience of 18 years working with large MNCs into IT, Pharma, Manufacturing, Telecom, Financial and FMCG brands in HR leadership roles. He is a dynamic and risk taking personality and believes that change is essential to sustain. His strength is simple thinking and finding solutions to complex problems. His contributions has been instrumental for companies to build sustainable framework.

He is driven by passion, commitment and perseverance to achieve the impossible. He is a positively enriched person and believes that 'everything is possible' if we are committed and have a strong belief. .

Deepthi Kondath : Co-Founder & Partner

Deepthi is a person with progressive thoughts and vision. She has worked with reputed brands and joined Green Bridge to pursue her passion for HR. She has handled diverse HR roles in her career and adds value to the company's overall operational and strategic strength.

She has over 10 years of experience in HR and during her career she has handled difficult portfolios and been able to turn around things in a quick span. She is good at balancing things and take good care of us at work, while showing the same commitment at home. Her all round personality makes her an excellent professional to be associated with.
